Avoiding High Credit Card Interest Payments
Most people are far too busy to take the time to evaluate just how much they are paying in credit card interest. There's potentially hundreds of dollars you can save each and every month if you take a couple hours to look at your credit card statement and take action to reduce your credit card interest rate.
Yes! You can reduce your credit card interest rate very easily.
The first step you should take is a phone call to your current credit card company. Simply tell the representative on the phone that you can get better rates on balance transfer cards that their competitors are offering. Mention that you can take your business elsewhere and get a 0 APR introductory rate and kindly ask them to match that rate for at least 6 months.
In most cases your current credit card company will extend this offer to you but if they don't say "good-bye" to them and promptly get a balance transfer with a 0% introductory rate for the longest period possible. This will instantly save you lots of hard earned cash on interest payments.
My favorite balance transfer card is the Blue Card from American Express because you can get up to 15 months interest free. That's right, over a year of not paying credit card interest!
Tip for eliminating credit card debt:
Take the interest you are saving and apply that directly to the balance on your credit card. Doing so will get you out of credit card debt faster than you ever thought possible!
I know you're busy, life does that but please take the time to have a look at your credit card bills and take action today

Game of Life Set to Sell Visa to Kids
I just read a report at Kiplinger.com that mention Hasbro is re-launching what was one of my favorite childhood games, The Game of Life however they are going to be changing one fundamental aspect of the game.
Rather than using play money Hasbro will be having Visa cards.
I have to say there is no way that I am going to be allowing my kids to play the new Game of Life.
Come on Hasbro! They're kids, we're parents and we are trying to teach our children the value of hard cash. For the powers that be at Hasbro, your deal with Visa might be lucrative for you however think about what you're trying to teach my kids. Your Game of Life is a great game however you are now setting out to remove THE single most important educational aspect of the game and that's learning about managing money.
Now you are out to remove the value of money and teach kids from a very young age to use Visa.
Hasbro, are you trying to create a nation of poverty by teaching kids to use credit cards?
Darn it, I really loved the Game of Life but I have to let you know I will not be purchasing the updated Visa version of your game!
My kids are going to be taught the real value of money and are not going to be taught to use their credit card as the primary means of spending.

Imagine Credit Card Review
I am writing this review of the Imagine credit card today because I just received a phone call today from a visitor to crediteria.com asking me what is the best credit card for a person with bad credit.
Louise was in a position where some bad choices from the past put her in the spot of having a horrible credit rating and now after some soul searching Louise is ready to fix her credit score.
The reason I recommended the Imagine credit card to Louise was the fact that the Imagine card offers the ability for people with bad credit to rebuild their credit score by using a card with one of the lowest fees available.
The Imagine card provides a low line of credit option of $70 with an annual fee of only $15.
No, it's not a huge line of credit and that's a really good thing! Having a small credit limit will prevent you from getting into financial trouble and will help you restore your credit rating.
The fact is that when you have bad credit there are much higher fees. The Imagine credit card keeps your fees low and reports to the credit bureaus which means you save money on bank fees and you get to restore your credit rating.
Read more and apply online for the imagine card here.

What's Best to Pay Credit Cards
I am often asked:
What is the best way to pay off credit cards?
Well, my friend, the best way to start chipping away at credit card debt is to just get off your butt, stop watching TV, invest your time into creating a business.
Yup, that's right, get off your lazy ass and do something different.
How much time do you spend watching the tube?
Rather than sit there rotting your mind and letting your debts just accumulate, why not take action now to change your world.
Yeah, I was once in your spot. Massive credit card debt, not enough money to cover the bills...
But, I took action...
I tuned out on TV and tuned in to creating a better financial situation for my family...
Now I live in a world of abundance, I feed hungry poor people, I enjoy abundance in every day life!
I want you to enjoy the lifestyle I do.
It's a lifetyle that will pay off lots of debt and provide the best financial picture for you and your family...
Yes, I do have a training program...
Yes, I am charging for it....
No, I am not going to rip you off, I want to help!
My philosophy is to help people...
Yet I truly want to help...
So, I have created the best program to help pay off credit cards and all your debts and provide a sustainable source of income for you.
An income that YOU are in control of.
Decide how much you want to make, devote your energy and you will make a success story for yourself.

Credit Card APR Wuzzup
Credit card APR's can be very confusing for most so let's chat a bit about what all these freakin' APR's mean. It's bloody confusing for most because every credit card has several APR's attached to it
1. Intro APR's - Introductory rates are used as short term bait to gain you as a client. Every bank offers an incredibly low APR to attract you as a customer. Intro rate usually are for 6 to 12 months and come with many outs for the bank. Default on a single payment and kiss off the intro rate
2. Purchase APR - A rate you pay when you make a purchase of a product with you credit card
3. Cash Advance APR - Draw cash from your credit card and you will pay a very different rate from purchasing products on your credit card. Big time hint: Never use your credit card for cash advances, the banks are going to hammer you this.... Did I mention, never use your credit card for cash advances

American Express Business Gold Rewards Review
Attention Business Owners, Amex Wants You
American Express has expressed a serious interest in acquiring customers that operate businesses with their Gold rewards card.
Since I am a small business owner, I am always looking for more rewards and in general anything that will reduce my costs. The Amex Business Gold really caught my attention because of the phenominal rewards such as:
As a guy that runs his own show, free travel really gets my attention. I am very busy traveling in business and what better reward than free travel to reward my family for their patience while I go on all sorts of business trips to Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami, Toronto, Vancouver and Las Vegas again than to say, "You know what, I have tons of points on the credit card. Let's take the kids to DisneyLand". And I am an instant hero at home. All my business travel is quickly forgotten about (for a while anyway)
If you are a business owner and want to be a hero at home too then I highly recommend the Gold Business card from American Express. Travel rewards, pay no annual fee for your first year and your employees can get Amex Green cards with no annual fee too!
