Continental Airlines Platinum Card from Chase

The Continental Airlines Platinum Card from Chase is designed for those who fly frequently with Continental Airlines. Their reward program offers one mile for every dollar spent on the card with no yearly limit. Earned miles do not expire and they also can be combined with Continental's frequent flyer program for even quicker savings. Another great feature you will have with this card is the double miles that are awarded when you use your card at participating retailers, when you order airline tickets online or at the ticket booth. Also earn up to eleven additional miles per dollar spent at certain participating restaurants.

New applicants will be awarded 10,000 bonus miles when the annual fee of $65 is paid and other benefits include $500,000 in travel accident insurance, auto rental insurance plus travel and emergency assistance services plus more. Upon acceptance of your card, you will enjoy a low introductory rate of 7.99% for up to 6 months but thereafter a rate of 15.74% will apply, so at this time it is important to pay your balance in full to avoid any high interest payment. Two more important features you should be aware of is the high interest rate of 21.74% on cash advances you plus if you are late on any payment during the introductory time period, you rate will be raised immediately.

This card is a good choice if you can afford to pay in full each month after the introductory rate expires and it is especially great for Continental Airline passengers who want to take advantage of their great rewards program.
